It's simple :
An advertiser paying on a cost per lead (CPL) basis or on a cost per sale (CPS) basis will add an extra per-click payment if you choose CLICK+. Depending on your conversion rate, the cost per click (CPC) rate will be capped in order to meet the Advertiser’s performance targets.

If you are interested in a particular campaign, don't hesitate to apply.
For example, an Advertiser might pay a sales rate of 5%. With CLICK+ this advertiser adds a per click payment of 0.10 €, with performance conditions. These conditions might be, for example, a conversion rate of 1% (100 clicks paid for 1 sale) :
> if your conversion rate is more than 1%, your receive a maximum of 5% on sales 0.10 € per click.
> if your conversion rate is under 1%, you receive 5% on the sale and the number of clicks is limited (5 sales = 500 paid clicks).
